The final versions of the procurement documents relating to the Regulation Service RFP were posted in late June on the IESO’s Regulation Service RFP webpage. Documents include the Regulation Service Request for Proposals, the Contract, prescribed forms and an FAQ document.
The Regulation Service RFP and Contract have been revised based on feedback received from stakeholders during the draft comment period. Black-lined documents showing any changes from draft to final have been posted, along with a Feedback Summary document that outlines the IESO’s responses to the feedback received.
The Proposal submission period began on June 29, and the Proposal submission deadline is September 28, 2017 (3:00 pm).
