Capacity figures revised: IESO installed generation capacity on the SSR/SAAs has been changed from 34,370 MW to 35,659 MW to reflect the capacity sharing agreement between Ontario and Quebec, the addition of new variable generators, and numerous minor updates to current generator capabilities. Consumers living in a condo, house, townhouse or semi-detached home can customize their “online home” in four steps to get an estimate of their energy consumption and monthly bill. Users can learn how both their behavioural changes and appliance upgrades can reduce energy consumption and see their choices reflected in an updated bill and energy consumption total.
