The IESO has posted two reports that were recently submitted to the Minister of Energy. These are (a) the IESO’s assessment of the framework for non-utility generator (NUG) re-contracting, and (b) lessons learned from the first application window of the Combined Heat and Power Standard Offer Program (CHPSOP) 2.0 and recommendations regarding the future of the program.
The Minister had asked for these assessments in two ministerial directions dated December 19, 2014, and April 22, 2015. The NUG report is available at this link.
