System Status Reports (http://www.ieso.ca/imoweb/marketdata/ssrsaa.asp ) provide a forecast of system conditions to help market participants determine their offers and bids submissions. They can also provide context on the reasons for pricing events, such as the loss of a large generator or higher than forecast demand.
Market Participants can use the new Registration System to assign an Information Technology contact within their organization that the IESO will contact in the event of issues with IESO IT systems. For more information, go to http://www.ieso.ca/imoweb/pubs/registration/Getting_Started-Primary_Contact.pdf.
