The OPA and TransCanada Energy Ltd have finalized a Clean Energy Supply Contract for a new 900 megawatt gas-fired power plant, which will be located on the site of OPG's Lennox Generating Station near Napanee. This replaces the original contract for a plant in Oakville that was canceled by the Government in October 2010. See this story on the OPA website which also includes links to the Clean Energy Supply Contract, the Reimbursement Agreement and the Security Agreement.
