Simon Fraser University’s Canadian Industrial Energy End-Use Data and Analysis Centre (CIEEDAC) has announced the availability of a new online Innovative Energy Facilities map and database, at http://www.sfu.ca/cieedac/databases.html.
The database allows users to filter data about many of the most advanced electricity and thermal installations across the country. Different views provide a drill-down on specific technology types, while the full dataset can be easily downloaded for further analysis by users.
The Centre has also added a data repository of biofuels and biomass energy data for Canada.
