US procurement incentives

For information on renewable procurement in the United States, readers may wish to review the Database of State Incentives for Renewable Energy (DSIRE). Described as "A comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility and federal incentives and policies that promote renewable energy and energy efficiency," DSIRE was established in 1995 and funded by the U.S. Department of Energy. More information is available online at http://www.dsireusa.org/
